Politics

I don't know what to really say about the politics subject I don't really keep up with this but what i do know that Obama is doing a good job at his work. I know he is trying to help the people that is in need such as the people without jobs,homes, and the old people. I also know that he is trying to bring all the soldiers back from Iraq and fix what our old president messed up.

Abortion

I think abortion is wrong point blank period. I don't think anybody should be killing anybody if you ask me I think that's just like murdering somebody so I think they should also be punished or going to jail for that. In some situations I understand for example if somebody was rapped like a little girl I know she was rapped at the age of 12 and got pregnant and she was too young to have the baby or she would die, that's kind of understandable for me or in another situation my friend was too small to have her baby and if she would had the possibility was that she could die. Even though that don't make it right but its understandable.

Religion

Im believe in God but im not very religous. I mean i go to church alot when im with my dad because my stepmother is a Bishop and my dad is a Overseer so i know a quite bit about church thats all im saying.

Teen Pregnancy/Violence

Okay, Teen pregnancy I don't get it. its like its a trend now and days it seems like every teen is glad to be pregnant. I remember when people was embarrassed to be pregnant at a early age because it was unacceptable at the time and it should be unacceptable but I know people make mistakes or things happen but its still unacceptable to me. I know people that wanted to be pregnant by their senior year its ridiculous at least wait until you get your life together and have a good job and money so you can have enough to take care of the baby you know but I guess people don't think like that anymore............Violence, well I don't agree with violence but I don't disagree with it either I hold my own when it comes down to that don't let nobody talk to you any kind of way or let nobody touch you so basically just hold your own.

Race in America

I don't really have nothing to say about race because I really don't care what race you are if I want to be your friend or date you I'm going to do it point blank period. When it comes down to it Latisha Haynes don't care what anybody says about a Mexican, Black ,White or Asian.

Summary

I really didn't get to see the whole movie but the parts that I did see were good and interesting. so the teacher mission was to help everybody pass the test that were taking. I saw a boy get beat by his parent/guardian because he was writing or drawing on the wall. So they moved the boy in with another man so he could be safe. I know all of the kids were in the sixth grade. I came in too late to see what really went on but thats a brief description on what I seen happen.

Recruitment Fair

I went to this recruitment fair for Albany State and Fort Valley State but I sat on Albany State side. It was a fun experience for me they talked about all the classes they have and they also talked about scholarships and grants that we can get so we can afford college or get help. They also talked about how and why is Albany State a good school for us to pick. I think it is a very good school. Albany State and Fort Valley are also one of the colleges I want to go to but Valdosta State is my first pick but for the most part I did like it.

I'm a Leader

I chose to write about being a leader because I think I am classified as a leader. I think I have leader abilities. I am good speaker my voice is nice, loud,and projective. many people told me I have leadership skills or that I have good leaderships skills if I get my attitude in the right standing. Yes, People listen to me 99% of the time I say something or I tell somebody to do something but I don't think run over people ok maybe sometimes. I do have very high self-esteem and i am very confident so I think those are also good leadership skills. I also dont have not one shy bone in my body. so I think that is another good leadership skill.

CB&T

When the CB&T representatives came Wednesday i learned plenty of ways and secrets to keeping my money safe and holding my money. I learn that you shall always have insurance on everything you purchase just in case you lose it or somebody steal it. I also learned when I move out own my own its not going to be all that easy because you cant just buy everything you want to buy. you have to save your money and have a budget. I also learned never to give out any information through the phone and secure all websites. If you do have one of the Internet make sure your password is not nothing easy such as: your birthday, the year you were born,dogs name or nothing like that. I also learned that you always need to keep up with your credit and make sure there isn't any flaws on there.

My experience Thursday with the representatives from Grey stone Apartments was great. they taught our class the value of money really. i learned how to maintain my money for other stuff then just clothes and shoes. its alot of work staying by yourself with no parents their to help you. i learned that you have to pay for your own damages, you cant be late on rent or the company add on more money, you need insurance, and you cant have bad credit because most likely you wont get accepted in many places. you have to finish school in order to get a good paying job so you can have money to spend on you and still have some to pay all your bills well that's how i think at least but i learned a valuable lesson when Mrs. Mary and Mrs. Nickey came to talk to our class
